SHIPPING POLICY
Next day shipping for all orders placed before 4pm during Monday to Friday (AEST).

You will receive a tracking number for all orders. If there are any issues with your tracking number, please let us know so that we can follow up with the relevant parties.

Please Note: Once orders have been dispatched, all orders are final and cannot be altered or cancelled during this time. Please see Returns & Exchange Policy below for next steps.

If a change of address is required after your order has been dispatched, please contact us directly to have this amended. Please note, this will be pending the progression of the order in transit and may not be able to be changed after a certain point. However we will endeavor to contact the courier to see what we can do.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return or exchange requests need to be submitted within 30 days of dispatch. Any requests that fall outside of this period will not be honored.

If your order has been damaged in transit, please contact us directly through vanitilashes@outlook.com. You will need to provide your order number, product name, quantity and photo(s) of the effected product(s) in order for your return/exchange to be processed.

Change of mind orders can only be returned, not exchanged. The customer will need to cover the cost of the return shipping and a new order will need to be created for the replacement products. Upon the return of the product(s), their condition will be inspected and accessed as to determine if a full or partial refund can be processed. If a product is determined as being returned in poor or unsellable condition Vaniti Lashes reserves the right to decline a full or partial refund.
